Order fulfillment time

Your order is processed immediately after payment is received. The approximate order processing time is given on each product card. Please note, however, that this is the estimated time that a given manufacturer reserves for the factory to complete the order/produce the furniture. For various reasons it may be shortened or extended. The production time should also include the delivery time. In Poland it usually does not exceed 4 days.

Furniture delivery

Transport by courier

Furniture is sent via courier companies or the manufacturer's own transport.

We inform you about the delivery date on the day it is ready for shipment, providing you with a link to track it. Furniture is usually sent in packages (for self-assembly). The driver is obliged to deliver the parcels to the indicated address, but is not obliged to bring them to the house/apartment. If the furniture you order will be delivered on a pallet, it is worth having someone nearby to help with moving it on that day.

If for any reason you would like to change the delivery date, please contact the store. We will try to arrange another, convenient date for you.

The cost of delivery of furniture (over 20 kg) in Poland is PLN 99 gross

On the day of delivery

When collecting parcels/pallets with your order, please check (in the presence of the courier) whether the parcel has not been damaged during transport. If you notice damage to the package/elements inside, please write down a complaint report, which the courier should have with him on the day of delivery. It is important to check after unpacking the furniture whether the elements have any chips, cracks or dents and whether they are all complete. If you notice any damage, please photograph it. This will enable us to file complaints in the event that the shipping company is at fault.

Furniture assembly

Each piece of furniture you receive comes with an assembly manual that shows how to assemble the piece of furniture. If you cannot find the manual, please contact us and we will send it to you by e-mail.

Before assembly, check whether the package contains a set of elements needed to assemble the furniture. We recommend assembling the furniture on a clean and soft surface (e.g. carpet) to avoid scratching the elements. Please be advised that any damage (scratches, chips, dents) resulting from incorrect installation will not be subject to complaint. To recognize it, it is necessary to indicate the damage before installation, describe it (including marking the element from the instructions) and send photos of the damaged parts.
