Returns and complaints

Dear Sir or Madam

If the product you have purchased in our store does not meet your expectations, or for some reason you want to advertise it, please contact us at the following e-mail address: [email protected]

You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, counting from the date of delivery.

After receiving information about the willingness to return, we will send you a return/complaint form. This form should be completed and sent to the store's e-mail address provided above. You will also find the form at the end of the regulations, available on our website. Please be advised that the costs of returning the shipment are the responsibility of the Buyer.

All matters related to the return, exchange, complaint of goods should be sent to the following address: [email protected] 

Please make the application include:

      • Name and Surname

      • Order number

      • Name of the returned / exchanged / advertised product

      • Description of the defect / photo

    After receiving the notification, we will contact you to arrange further proceedings. 

    In the event of damage or violation of the goods during shipment, please inform the Seller immediately in order to file a complaint (no later than within 7 working days of receiving the shipment). This will make it easier for us to pursue claims against the carrier.

    If you find defects in products that require assembly (e.g. furniture), please file a complaint before assembling them. Individual customer claims related to this complaint are finally considered by the manufacturer, who may repair or replace the product with a new one in connection with this complaint.

    We undertake to consider the complaint within 14 working days from its submission. If, for any reason, you have not received any information from us within this time, the complaint is considered justified. If the complaint is accepted, we will take appropriate action, which you will be informed about.

    Compliance of the goods with the contract

    We are obliged to deliver the goods without defects. In the event of non-compliance of the goods with the contract, the Consumer has the rights set out in Chapter 5a of the Act on Consumer Rights. On the terms set out therein, the Consumer may demand repair or replacement of goods that are not in accordance with the contract, or submit a statement about reducing the price of the goods or withdraw from the contract.

    We are responsible for the lack of conformity of the goods with the contract revealed within 2 years of their delivery, unless we have specified a longer shelf life for a given product - in which case the longer period applies.

    In the event of non-compliance of the goods with the contract, the above provisions regarding the Consumer also apply to a natural person concluding a contract directly related to its business activity, when the content of this contract shows that it is not of a professional nature for that person, resulting in particular from the subject matter performed by economic activity, made available on the basis of the provisions on the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity.
