Order fulfillment time

Orders are usually shipped on the same day (applies to products in stock), or no later than the next business day. 

Shipping of products available to order (including furniture, poufs, teepees, canopies) depends on the availability of the manufacturer's warehouse / production time and may take from 7 days (if the product is currently in stock) to 10 weeks. 

Estimated delivery date for products shipped directly from the manufacturer: 

Minko: up to 10 weeks

Moi Mili: 1 – 3 weeks

My Mini Home: 1 – 2 weeks

Shappy: 2 – 4  weeks

Wigiwama: 1 – 2 weeks

If the shipping time is to be extended, we will inform you by e-mail or telephone. If you want to check the availability of the product, the possibility of earlier shipment or arrange a delivery date with us, please contact us. 

The total order processing time also includes the time needed for delivery to the address you specify.

Delivery is carried out via:

• GLS, DPD courier companies – delivery time from 1 to 3 business days.

• can take place via another courier company selected by the supplier (in the case of purchasing a product that is shipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse)

If one order includes goods from both our warehouse and the manufacturer's warehouse, you will receive the order in several shipments (thanks to this, the delivery time will not be extended and you will not incur costs related to shipping the products in separate packages).

Please be advised that the waiting time for order fulfillment may be longer during certain periods of the year, such as: Children's Day, Black Friday, holidays.
